Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All ticket sales are final, however we do offer ticket transfers within reason. If you know you will be unable to attend the event and wish to credit it towards a future performance, please email [email protected]. We may not be able to honor the request if the event is sold out or if there is a price difference.

Non-refundable items:

  • Donations

To initiate a transfer of ticket(s), we will need proof of purchase.

Refunds

If you accidentally ordered the wrong quantity of items, we will partially refund the cost of the item. The total refund will be the cost of the item minus the processing fee. (Refund Total = Total Cost – Processing Fee). The request must be made within 48 hours of purchase.

Exchanges

If you know you will be unable to attend the event and wish to credit it towards a future performance, please email [email protected]. We will require proof of purchase.

We may not be able to honor the request if:

  • The requested event is sold out
  • The requested event is more expensive
  • The request is made after the original event has happened
